Refund, Resend and Returns Policy
We does not suggest you return products. Because the shipping cost is high and sometimes higher than the product value. Also, it takes months to deliver the package, which will affect the processing time.
If you urgent to return the product, please pay attention to the following aspects:
You need to return the product within 3 days from the date of receiving it.
The product is in good condition and does not affect the secondary sales.

- Unboxing Video Required: To process a return request, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Damaged Package Upon Delivery: If the package appears damaged upon arrival, please do not accept it and initiate a return immediately
